A strategic connection game invented by Giorgio in 1979. It remained unpublished for decades before being rediscovered and released to the public.

GIORGIO physical game on a table

THE STORY

In 1979, while living in Tehran during the Islamic Revolution, Giorgio began designing a strategy game to play with colleagues during periods of curfew and long hours spent in the office.

Back in Italy, the game was left in a drawer and forgotten for decades.

More than forty years later, it has been rediscovered and developed for the first time as both a physical and a digital game.

Physical board study

GIORGIO was originally conceived as a physical game: a board, a set of tiles and a rule structure meant to be read at the table. The physical edition is being developed as a continuation of that origin.
